Contract Negotiations

We are knowledgeable, experienced, and competent having substantial experience in negotiating professional contracts. We have successfully negotiated in the United States, Korea and Japan, as well as, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.

Each contract negotiated, we believe is unique. Whether we are negotiating a Major League Contract or a Minor League Contract, we research and carefully negotiate a final contract that is the best possible fit for the specific individual player situation.

You will usually read terms in our completed National Association Contracts such as:

• opt-out date
• termination pay
• guaranteed salary
• foreign team language
  

We take pride in getting the best economical environment possible for our clients. Overseas contracts will almost always include salary guarantee provisions.

Marketing

Through our nationwide contact and media database, we increase the earning potential for our clients both on and off the field. We focus on maximizing off-field earnings for all clients. Our marketing strategies are utilized in the worldwide markets as well.

Advisement

We do advise student athletes on the circumstances and dynamics of the amateur baseball draft. The student athlete's eligibility is of primary concern to us, as is the integrity of the school's program. The NCAA has very specific rules regarding the student athlete and it is important they be followed.
