"...Michael
Moline is a special person. There are many types of personalities in
our game, and different people are in our sport for different reasons.
My experience with Mike has proven that he is an honest, dedicated,
intelligent and enthusiastic agent who wants nothing more than to see
his players succeed and be happy. In all of my years of baseball I have
yet to meet someone who truly cares about his players more than he does.
He goes about his work with a vigor and excitement matched only by his
experience, honesty and knowledge. If you want an agent who truly cares,
consider Michael Moline..."

"Mike
Moline has been my agent for many years and I would like to express
my appreciation for everything he has done for me as both an agent
and friend. Mike has always been there for not only me but all
his clients. When you sign with Mike you are joining a family,
not only an agency. He continues to help me even though my career,
in a money making sense, is all but over. One of the first things
I came to appreciate about Mike when I first signed with him was
that he knew lots of High up people in baseball and they knew
him. He has worked hard for me all the years I have been with
him and most of those years I was a minor league player therefore
Mike was making nothing. When Mike Mosa became his partner it
was obvious he had the same values and commitments. To sum things
up they are not your typical agents, you will be more to them
than just a client and it's good to have people like them in your
corner especially with all the people out there who will only
look to take advantage of you."

"I
have known Mike Moline since 1998 and he has represented me both
professionally and personally since then. Prior to our meeting,
I had mixed results with a few other reps but was mostly unsatisfied
with the lack of commitment to my career. What started as a professional
relationship with Mike has now turned into that of a family run
business.
I was blessed enough to have a 15 year baseball career spanning
7 different organizations and 4 different countries. I never was
a marquee player so as a consequence my representation required
a larger amount of time invested to achieve our desired results.
This is where Mike excels as a representative. He will always
go the extra mile to find that perfect fit for a player and is
persistent in reaching the right person to make things happen.
Mike is well known and respected in the professional sports industry
and as a result, he has sustainable working relationships with
all general management staffs. His focus is on the quality of
his work, not the quantity of clients he can amass. Never have
I seen a more devoted person to both work and family. His ethics
and practices are beyond reproach. Not only has Mike been a loyal
and extremely effective representative, he has also become one
of my best friends and a member of my family.
Now, as I pen a new chapter in the book of my life, Mike's
presence remains steadfast. As my baseball career becomes more
and more a fond memory and my professional fishing career gains
speed, Mike's advice and expertise continue to guide me to good
decisions. I guess that is a testament to his piety and I couldn't
recommend a better person who always reveres his clients' best
interests."

"I
was fortunate to find the services of Mike Moline and Advance
Athletic Co. later in my career. After returning from three years
in Japan, I was looking for a job, and an agent. After talking
with Mike, and meeting him, I was excited about our future together.
I started 2003 in the Atlantic League, and Mike found me a job
with the the Arizona Diamondbacks soon after the season started.
I was able to get back to the big leagues with Arizona and I believe
it wouldn't have happened without the help of Mike Moline. Mike
is the type of guy you can call and get a hold of anytime. I knew
he truly cared about me and my family. As a player it was nice
to have that person you could talk to, and Mike was that guy.
I retired after 2005 and I still call Mike my agent and my friend."
